FORD SERVICE CARAVAN
11 November 2002 – In its continued efforts to deliver quality parts and service, Ford Group Philippines (FGP) and its dealership network, brings its service caravan to twelve provincial locations from November 15 to December 2002.
Ford customers can expect the Ford On the Road Response Crew (F.O.R.C.E.) in Calasiao, Pangasinan, San Pablo, Ormoc, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Pagadian, Surigao and Gen. Santos.
"We understand that some customers, especially those based outside Metro Manila, find it difficult to come to our dealer service centers. So we decided to bring it closer to them." said Met Arias, FGP’s Vice President for Parts & Service. "This is our way of making sure our customers receive Ford’s quality service no matter where they are."
Services will include periodic maintenance, light repairs, accessories installation and warranty work. For repairs requiring extensive work, the on-site Service Advisor may arrange for service at the nearest Ford dealership.
To ensure fast and efficient service, customers are encouraged to call prior to their visit to confirm their schedule.
