A company milestone: Focus is world's top-selling car, Ford's 350 millionth vehicle

Ford Motor Company celebrated its 350 millionth vehicle – a Ford Focus, which is the world's best-selling car in the first half of 2012. Ford's milestone Focus came at its newest global manufacturing facility in Rayong, Thailand, about 120 miles southeast of Bangkok.

Ford Escape, Fusion deliver best-ever August sales

Ford Motor Company's U.S. total sales increased 13 percent in August compared with last year – and 19 percent for retail sales – with gains in cars, utilities and trucks. Ford also added a third crew at Louisville Assembly Plant to support demand for the new Escape – the fastest-turning vehicle in Ford's U.S. lineup.
