Mark Fields, President of the Americas, said by summer of 2009 Ford's entire North American Lineup will offer this must have technology and that they expect to have 1 million SYNC-equipped vehicles on the road by the third quarter of 2009.

    It was a solid month of sales for cars and crossovers, as Ford Focus retail sales climbed 36 percent in February and the Crossover demand growth for the Ford Edge was up 46 percent and Lincoln MKX up 22 percent.
