FORD SYNC WINS POPULAR MECHANICS’ EDITOR’S CHOICE AWARD AT THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL CES
For the second time, Ford Motor Company’s SYNC in-car communications and entertainment system earned Popular Mechanics’ Editor’s Choice Award for best new products at the International Consumer Electronics Show. The magazine’s technology editors hailed the new features being added to SYNC, now in its second generation, as one of 18 technologies that the editors say “really go above and beyond in terms of excellence and innovation in design and engineering.”(09 January 2009)

AWARD-WINNING FORD SYNC COMMUNICATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM COMES TO EUROPE IN 2010
Ford has announced that its award-winning Ford SYNC communications and entertainment system, developed by the company in collaboration with Microsoft, will be launched progressively into its European product range, starting in 2010. The plan was confirmed by Alan Mulally, Ford Motor Company President and CEO during his keynote speech this week at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.(09 January 2009)
