BIOGRAPHY: JOSEPH BAKAJ
Joe Bakaj was appointed Vice President, Global Product Programs, Ford Motor Company and Vice President, Product Development, Ford of Europe effective April 1, 2008. Mr. Bakaj was previously Vice President, Product Development, Ford of Europe, a position he held since September 1, 2005. Also he is a member of Ford of Europe's Executive Operating Committee.

Eric Johnston is Vice President of Sales and Field Operations for Mazda North American Operations where he is responsible for overseeing U.S. sales analysis, fleet/marketing, regional office operations and port operations.

Birgit A. Behrendt is Executive Director, Global Programs and Vice President, Purchasing, Ford of Europe, effective April 1, 2008. Prior to that Ms. Behrendt was Vice President, Purchasing, Ford of Europe. She was appointed to that position in February 2004. Ms. Behrendt is responsible for overseeing Purchasing for the Ford brand throughout Europe.
