John Felice is General Manager, Ford Lincoln Sales, a position to which he was appointed in November 2011. He reports to Ken Czubay, Vice President, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service.

Felicia J. Fields, Ford group vice president for Human Resources and Corporate Services since March 25, 2008, leads the global Human Resources and Corporate Services functions for Ford Motor Company. In this position, Fields provides expertise in key HR capabilities including performance management, compensation and benefits, organization development, recruiting, and leadership and professional development. She is also responsible for corporate security, travel, and the company’s Dealer Policy Board. As a group vice president, Fields ensures the development and execution of business strategies that reflect the global business environment, customer and market needs. She reports to Alan Mulally, Ford president and CEO.

J Mays is group vice president, Design, and chief creative officer, Ford Motor Company. He is responsible for shaping the global design direction of Ford Motor Company’s Ford and Lincoln brands.

Curt Magleby is currently Vice President of U.S. Government Relations. In this position, Magleby engages with policymakers on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues and oversees Ford's federal, state and local government affairs. Magleby previously was Director, U.S. State and Local Government Relations. He reports to Ziad Ojakli, Group Vice President for Government and Community Relations.

Bradley M. Gayton added the role of corporate secretary to his duties as assistant general counsel on April 1, 2012. In this position, Gayton assumed direct responsibility as secretary to the Board of Directors and for related legal matters such as SEC filings and compliance, proxy statement and annual meeting matters and support of Ford's Treasury operations. He retained responsibility for legal matters for Canada, Mexico and South America and reports directly to David Leitch, group vice president and general counsel.

Steve Kenner is the Global Director of the Automotive Safety Office (ASO) at Ford Motor Company. Kenner became ASO director in August 2011. Previously he spent three years in Brazil as Engineering Director of Ford South America Operations. Now Kenner leads the automaker’s global efforts to continue and enhance Ford’s record as a safety leader.

Bernard Silverstone is chairman and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Credit Company and a group vice president of Ford Motor Company, effective January 2013.

Stuart Rowley was appointed a corporate officer and named Ford Motor Company’s vice president and Controller, effective April 1, 2012.

Michael Seneski is chief financial officer and treasurer, Ford Motor Credit Company, with responsibility for financial planning, analysis and accounting operations. He works closely with Ford Motor Company’s Treasury team on funding and liquidity initiatives and maintains relationships with financial analysts and rating agencies.

Paul Mascarenas is chief technical officer and vice president, Ford Research and Innovation. He leads Ford’s worldwide research organization, overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy and plans.
