    Bradley M. Gayton added the role of corporate secretary to his duties as assistant general counsel on April 1, 2012. In this position, Gayton assumed direct responsibility as secretary to the Board of Directors and for related legal matters such as SEC filings and compliance, proxy statement and annual meeting matters and support of Ford's Treasury operations.
