Alan Mulally is president and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Company. He also is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

    Peter J. Daniel is senior vice president and controller, Ford Motor Company. He reports to Lewis Booth, Ford executive vice president and chief financial officer. In July 2009, Daniel announced his retirement, effective October 1, 2009, after 38 years with Ford.

    Ray Day is vice president of Communications for the Ford Motor Company. He leads all of the company's global external and internal communications and public relations activities. His role includes building the company's reputation globally and leading communications that reach Ford's external and internal audiences, including customers, employees, dealers, suppliers, news media, communities, governments and policy-makers.

    Anthony F. Earley, 59, has been chairman and chief executive officer of DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company since 1998. DTE Energy owns Detroit Edison, an electric utility serving 2.2 million customers in Southeastern Michigan and Michigan Consolidated Gas Company (MichCon), a natural gas utility serving 1.3 million customers in more than 550 communities throughout Michigan. DTE Energy also owns several nationwide non-utility companies engaged in providing energy services to large industrial customers, the transportation and storage of fuels such as natural gas and coal, energy trading and the development of unconventional gas resources.

    Jim Farley is group vice president of Global Marketing and Canada, Mexico and South America operations for the Ford Motor Company. He is the company's most senior marketing leader, reporting directly to Alan Mulally, Ford's president and chief executive officer.

    Felicia J. Fields, Ford group vice president for Human Resources and Corporate Services since March 25, 2008, leads the global Human Resources and Corporate Services functions for Ford Motor Company.

    Mark Fields is executive vice president, Ford Motor Company, and president, The Americas, a position he assumed in October 2005. In this role, Fields is responsible for all operations involved in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of Ford, Mercury and Lincoln vehicles in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.

    John Fleming, executive vice president and chairman and CEO, Ford of Europe, will add Global Manufacturing and Labor Affairs to his current responsibilities, effective Dec. 1, 2009.

    Elena A. Ford is director, Global Marketing, Sales and Service Operations, effective Feb. 1, 2009. Ms. Ford is responsible for implementing the company’s “One Ford” marketing vision globally. She reports to Jim Farley, Ford group vice president of Marketing and Communications.

    Biography: Matthew Foulston

    Matthew Foulston is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Mazda North American Operations (MNAO). In his position, Foulston is responsible for all corporate finance matters, including overseeing purchasing, facilities, customs and administration for MNAO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of AutoAlliance International, a Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation joint venture in North America. Foulston reports to Jim O’Sullivan, president and CEO for MNAO.

    Bennie Fowler is group vice president, Global Quality, Ford Motor Company, effective April 1, 2008. He had been vice president, Global Quality, since April 1, 2006.
