Ford Motor Company today announced the hiring of Stephen Dyer as vice president of Business Strategy for Asia Pacific as the company continues its transformation into an auto and a mobility company. The appointment of Dyer is effective Mar. 14, 2017.
In this role, Dyer will lead the company’s strategic initiatives in Asia Pacific across both the core automotive business and emerging mobility initiatives, as well as its JV relationships.

Dyer will report jointly to Schoch and John Casesa, group vice president, Global Strategy.
Prior to joining Ford, Dyer was a partner in the Shanghai office of Bain & Company. He has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience in the automotive, industrial goods and high tech sectors.
