Andrew Frick, who has been with Ford Motor Company for more than 25 years, became vice president, Sales, U.S. and Canada, in January 2021. He is responsible for sales, field operations, market representation, customer care and dealer relations for the Ford brand in those countries.
Previously, Frick was director of U.S. Sales and, before that, director, Marketing, where he led the implementation of the Ford brand communications and product marketing strategic plan.
Frick’s earlier assignments at Ford included manager of Marketing, Sales and Service for Lincoln, leading development and implementation of brand strategy for all Lincoln vehicles and related customer services. He was vital to successfully relaunching Ford’s luxury brand. Frick helped develop and introduce key customer-service initiatives, including Lincoln’s Black Label products and services as well as pickup and delivery, then an industry first.
Prior to Lincoln, Frick was Ford’s regional general manager, Export and Growth, for Asia Pacific, the Caribbean and Central America. In that position, he was responsible for sales, marketing, parts and service; the retail network; and customer satisfaction in nearly 50 countries.
Frick started his career with Ford in 1995 and held regional management positions supporting the Ford and Lincoln brands in New York, Orlando, the Southwest and Boston.
Frick is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Finance. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
