Dr. Wolfgang Voß is vice president, Ford Customer Service Division, Ford Europe. In this role, Voß is responsible for leading all aspects of Ford’s parts and service operations in the region. He reports to Ted Cannis, CEO, Ford Pro and Ford Customer Service Division.

Dr Voß was appointed vice president, FCSD, in November 2023, and has been a member of the supervisory board of Ford of Germany since January 2024. Prior to this, he spent 19 years at John Deer holding a variety of senior management positions.

Most recently, he was Managing Director, John Deere Walldorf GmbH & Co, where he was head of logistics, warehousing and customer support, responsible for five group-owned warehouse and distribution locations in Germany, England, Sweden and Russia, as well as seven operational partner locations and four additional support centres in the region. He also was Co-Managing Director of the German national subsidiary of the John Deere Group.

Dr Voß holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Kaiserslautern University, and a doctorate in Social and Economic Science from the same institution.

Born in Arnsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, he is married with two children.
