Mike Keogh is chief financial officer for Ford Model e, effective October 2022. In this role, he leads the finance team responsible for financial planning, strategy, capital allocation and investment in building Model e.
Keogh has over 20 years of experience as a tech industry veteran responsible for building global teams, driving change and instituting operational efficiency. He comes to Ford from Bright Machines, a startup providing software and automation solutions for manufacturing, where he served as CFO. In this role, he was responsible for developing the company’s financial strategy and roadmap to help ensure profitability and predictability in revenue.
Previously, Keogh was President of Stanley X, the innovation business unit of Stanley Black & Decker, that he helped found and build. The group focused on building subscription software revenue products leveraging a Venture Studio model to incubate startups, build partnerships and acquire. Prior to this, he has held senior finance roles at Apple and Intel, which included internationally based roles in China, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Keogh received his MBA from Cornell University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife, Ilaria, have three children.
