At dedicated FordStore Vignale Lounges, customers can experience the Ford Vignale brand in a unique, customer-focused environment that informs and engages throughout the purchasing process and ownership.

Luxurious and sensorial, the attention to detail demonstrated in the Vignale Lounge reflects that of the vehicle range. An innovative digital experience delivers information on Ford technologies and Ford Vignale products through a touchscreen table.

Ford research shows more than one third of premium brand car buyers consider high levels of customer service to be the key difference between a mainstream and an upscale experience.  Dedicated Vignale Relationship Managers are on-hand at FordStores to deliver a tailored purchasing and ownership experience.

From first drive to handover and beyond – at home or at a location of the customer’s choosing – highly-skilled Vignale Relationship Managers make sure customers are able to fully explore, understand and appreciate their Ford Vignale vehicle’s features.

After the Ford Vignale ownership experience begins, Vignale Relationship Managers can assist with vehicle servicing collection and delivery, and can arrange cleaning and valet services. Vignale Relationship Managers are a personal concierge on the customer’s Vignale journey, delivering passion, knowledge and courteous enthusiasm.

“The Ford Vignale Way” extends to a dedicated lifestyle service that helps customers across Europe efficiently arrange travel, event and lifestyle activities. Delivered in partnership with Total Management – a global event, lifestyle and travel agency – the service offers a carefully selected collection of experiences to Ford Vignale customers.

These will include breaks at luxury hotel and spa venues, exclusive offers for theatre, music or sporting events. Ford will keep customers informed about the latest exclusive travel and lifestyle opportunities via a monthly email update.

Additional customer benefits offered by Ford Vignale include the Vignale Service smartphone app for Apple and Android™ operating systems. The app delivers a direct link to online lifestyle content from the Vignale Magazine, in addition to offering driving tips and information; a dealership locator; and GPS-enabled services including Ford Vignale Park Me, fuel stations locator, and a one-touch connection with emergency services or Ford Vignale One Call. 

Signature Vignale Collection
The 2016 Vignale Collection brings together a portfolio of designs created by Ford Vignale designers and inspired by the distinctive craftsmanship and upscale materials found in Ford Vignale models.

This includes the Vignale Smart Traveller, a slim expandable garment sleeve, inspired by the bold exterior styling of Edge Vignale and slim travel gadgets. Presented in exquisite yet robust natural leather, artisan leatherworkers recreated for the sleeve the signature Vignale hexagonal graphic theme used in the handcrafted Vignale seats. The Vignale Smart Traveller offers large pockets with space for four garments, with zips and fastenings concealed by tuxedo stitching.

Available to experience and order at Vignale Lounges and via a dedicated online store, the Vignale Collection includes a handmade leather iPad sleeve and office bag that reflect the distinctive Ford Vignale grille and quilted pattern of the handcrafted seats.
