The 2024 model of the two-tonne Transit is the smartest and most productive Transit ever.

The new Transit is connected as never before. A 12-inch touchscreen with Ford’s next-generation SYNC 4 communication and information system is standard across the range, delivering valuable connectivity to the Ford Pro ecosystem through a 5G modem. The powerful connectivity also enables Transit to be future-proofed with Ford Power-Up software updates.

New software simplifies aftermarket conversions and automates repetitive tasks for delivery drivers who can often make 150 drops a day. Chassis improvements and an eight-speed automatic transmission option boost payload and improve vehicle performance, handling and efficiency.

Customers benefit from increased capability and a reduction of up to two hours on servicing with a new wheel hub and brake system design, which also increases payload. Operators hauling heavier loads can also now specify a heavy-duty Gross Axle Weight Rating pack on front-wheel drive models to reduce load distribution demands.
