Lee Walker is director, Quality, Ford of Europe effective December 1, 2018.

Previously, he served as director, New Model Programs, Ford of Europe, beginning in April 2015, responsible for leading vehicle and powertrain launch organisations.

Prior to that, from February 2012, Walker was chief engineer, Vehicle New Model Launch, Ford of Europe, leading delivery of all vehicle launches in the region, including those in joint ventures in Russia and Turkey.

Since joining Ford in 1990, Walker has worked within manufacturing and through all levels of the new model launch organization and has contributed to launches globally, including in Brazil, Belgium, Germany and the UK.

Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, having graduated with honors from the University of Warwick in 1991.

Walker was born in Liverpool, UK, and lives with his wife and son in Cologne, Germany.
