Jack Palazzolo

Jack (Giacomo) Palazzolo is vice president of marketing at Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, appointed to the position in June 2012. He leads Ford of Canada’s marketing efforts, including product marketing, digital, sponsorship, experiential marketing and marketing communications.

Palazzolo started his career with Ford Motor Company in 1992 in Ford's Marketing Leadership Program. Since then he has held management positions in the four key areas of marketing: strategy, product, consumer/advertising and tactical/operations. In his most recent role as director of marketing for Ford Export Operations and Growth Initiatives (E&G), he was responsible for strategic market planning, product marketing, consumer marketing, new model launch, marketing communications and retail marketing integration, across vehicle, parts, service and for business-to-business channels.  

His career at Ford has included two years in Orlando as regional marketing manager, and five years in international assignments that included product marketing in Europe, market strategy for South America and sales operations manager for Ford of Mexico.

Throughout his time with Ford, Palazzolo has been involved in several major company initiatives.  As Ford’s division advertising manager, he led the integrated marketing campaign for the 2003 Ford Centennial. He also played a key role in shaping the Way Forward/One Ford product revitalization effort, including the development of many new features and technology brands, such as SYNC, EcoBoost, MyKey™, EasyFuel, and Cross Traffic Alert.

Palazzolo graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.

Jack currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. He is married, with one daughter. He is also a member of the National Marketing Leadership Council and enjoys cycling and travelling during his free time.
