OAKVILLE, Ont., March 1, 2017 – Breaking new records, Ford F-Series achieved its best February ever surpassing last year’s record with 10,251 trucks sold. This is the second consecutive month that Ford F-Series has set best monthly sales.
Ford of Canada’s overall sales were up three per cent with 18,985 vehicles sold. Ford Explorer, the top-selling large utility in the country, record February Ford Transit sales and strong Ford Escape and Ford Mustang sales, up 41%, 31%, 13% and 39% respectively, contributed to Ford’s best February since 2000.

F-150 are resonating with our truck customers for work and for family,” said Mark Buzzell, president and CEO, Ford of Canada. “Customers continue to appreciate the quality, innovation, safety and service across our lineup when choosing Ford.”
Lincoln posted gains in February with an overall sales increase of 13% fueled by sales of Lincoln MKZ and Lincoln MKX up 56% and 16% respectively.
