OAKVILLE, Ont., June 1, 2018 – For Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd., another month brings another set of sales records for Ford F-Series, Canada’s top-selling trucks for 52 years and counting. Overall sales of F-Series were the best on record for the month of May, while Ford F-Series Super Duty saw best ever sales for the second consecutive month.
“Canadians continue to tell us that the innovations in Ford F-Series pickups are exactly what they are looking for in a truck,” said Mark Buzzell, president and CEO, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd. “As we work towards delivering the freshest vehicle lineup in the industry by 2020, this success is a good reminder of what we can achieve when we deliver the vehicles, features and experiences consumers value most.”
The Canadian-built Lincoln MKX had a strong month with sales up six per cent, while the Lincoln Navigator remained popular with luxury customers, seeing an 11 per cent sales increase.
