OAKVILLE, Ont., January 19, 2021 – FordPass, which already enhances the Ford customer experience by creating a single mobile platform where owners can monitor their vehicles, access complimentary remote features or find parking spaces, is expanding with a new loyalty program in Canada called FordPass Rewards. More than 200,000 Canadian customers have already signed up and are able to earn points towards vehicle purchases, parts and service.
“Launching FordPass Rewards in Canada is the next step in our commitment to elevate the customer experience, drive brand loyalty and show appreciation to our customers,” said Bill Rowe, vice president, Customer Service, Ford of Canada. “This program offers the ultimate flexibility to earn and redeem points at any participating Ford dealership, and vehicle owners can manage it all from the palm of their hand through the FordPass app.”
Customers can enroll in FordPass Rewards through the FordPass app – available for download in the App Store and Google Play (message and data rates apply) – or through FordPassRewards.ca. There is no cap on the number of points that can be earned.
Upon enrolment, customers who purchase or lease a new Ford vehicle, purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, or service their vehicle at a Ford dealership will receive FordPass Rewards points. They can use these points toward vehicle parts, service, or the purchase or lease of a new vehicle at any participating Ford dealership – regardless of where the points were earned.
Virtually every dealership across Canada is participating in FordPass Rewards, providing the ultimate level of flexibility to loyal Ford customers to earn and redeem their points. The program is available now across Canada.
Ford of Canada’s operations include a national headquarters, three regional offices, three vehicle assembly and engine manufacturing plants, two parts distribution centres, two R&D sites, and three Connectivity and Innovation centres.
