Will Periam is vice president, Finance and Transformation, Europe, reporting to Kumar Galhotra, chief operating officer.  Previous to October 2023, he was chief financial officer for Ford of Europe for seven years, taking on additional responsibility for oversight Ford’s business partnerships in the region in 2021.

Periam earlier served as deputy general manager and a member of the board of directors of Ford Otosan, Ford’s joint venture in Turkey, beginning in September 2013.

Prior to that, he held multiple senior managerial positions at Ford in the Finance, Credit, Business Development and Business Strategy departments in the United States, Germany, Brazil and China.

Periam joined Ford as an investment analyst in the United Kingdom in 1989.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Periam earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from Manchester University (UK).
