Ford sets new sights on future with Alghanim Auto as it becomes officially registered as the only authorised dealer in Kuwait | Middle East

Ford Middle East is pleased to confirm that Alghanim Auto was officially registered as the only dealer authorised - for the Ford brand as well as Motorcraft® parts in Kuwait. The official registration of Alghanim as the local Ford dealer further cements the partnership of both companies since 27^th of March, 2016, as they continue to deliver outstanding products and services to Ford customers in Kuwait.

“This is a major milestone in our history in Kuwait, and we’re delighted that Alghanim Auto has finally been recognised as the only official dealer authorised by Ford in Kuwait,” said Thierry Sabbagh, managing director, Ford Middle East. “Kuwait is an important market for Ford and AlGhanim’s proven commitment to taking care of their customers tells me that we have a tremendous opportunity to grow our business here.”

Over the past year, Alghanim Auto has shown outstanding commitment to its new partnership with Ford and in developing its sales, service and spare parts businesses. Close to 100 aftersales team members spent 3,722 man-hours covering 87 different training modules to become fully Ford certified last October.

The company also hosted the highly anticipated regional unveiling of the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor at the Auto Moto Show in January. Since then, demand for the desirable off-roader has been incredible – and so too has that for the rest of the F-150 range. Around 20 per cent of Ford sales in Kuwait are F-150 trucks, while demand for the award-winning crossover Ford Edge has also been strong.

Alghanim Auto is currently offering five months’ free instalments on Ford models including – Edge, Escape, Explorer, Flex, EcoSport, Expedition, Taurus, and F-150 Trucks. Alghanim is the only official dealer in Kuwait authorized by Ford to perform warranty repairs for Ford and Lincoln vehicles, and honor Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP) contracts, as well as import and sell genuine Ford and Motorcraft® parts.
