Destin Simon, Nautilus Brand Manager, The Lincoln Motor Company, is responsible for enhancing the strategic position of the Lincoln Nautilus and continuing to build awareness of the brand’s midsize SUV.

Simon began his career with Ford Motor Company in 2013, working in sales in the Dallas region. Throughout his five years in Texas, he held the position of Sales Zone Manager, Sales Business Development Specialist, and Parts and Service Zone Manager.

He moved to Dearborn in 2018, at which time he joined the Lincoln team, working on client experience initiatives before transitioning to the Brand Manager role.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College with a major in Economics and Management and minors in psychology and public policy.

A resident of Royal Oak, he and his fiancée are planning a June wedding.
