FORD OF BRITAIN PRESS OFFICE WELCOMES NEW RECRUITS

BRENTWOOD, Essex, 1 September 2016 – The Ford of Britain press office is announcing its latest ‘model’ line-up in time for September’s new 66-plate rush and beyond, as well as all the latest corporate and mobility developments.

Christian Brown, Maisie Goldney and Len Keen have joined Ford of Britain’s Communications and Public Affairs team following the recent retirement of stalwarts Brian Bennett and Paul Wilson, and the departure of Dan Jones, who has taken on a new role at Ford North America.

Consumer PR specialist, Christian Brown, re-joins the team as press officer, having provided maternity cover in 2013-14. Former intern, Maisie Goldney, also re-joins the line-up as press officer leading our communications on Ford Smart Mobility and Driving Skills for Life (www.forddsfl.co.uk). Maisie graduated from Greenwich University’s Public Relations and Communications course this year.

Len Keen is the team’s new press officer - vehicle operations. With more than 20 years’ experience at Ford, Len brings a variety of technical, marketing, sales, service and fleet skills to the team.

Christian and Len join Laura Parker, Linda Craddock (events) and Bob Wright (press fleet) in the product team led by Oliver Rowe. Maisie joins the Ford corporate news team under Charlotte Ward, featuring Dan Alcock, Paul Harding (heritage) and Guy Willers (admin) – all directed by Tim Holmes.
