Dale Wishnousky is vice president, Manufacturing, Ford of Europe effective Jan. 1, 2018. He reports to Steven Armstrong, chairman, Ford of Europe.
Wishnousky most recently served as the director Global Manufacturing Business Office. Earlier positions included, director, Manufacturing, North America Truck. Prior to that he served as the director, Vehicle Operations Ford of Europe where he was responsible for the manufacturing operations of 9 assembly facilities.
Before his European assignment, Wishnousky held a number of plant manager positions including Kansas City Assembly from May 2009 to Dec 2011. In that role he led the team to achieve significant improvements in Safety Culture, Quality and Productivity for F-Series and Escape.
As the Wayne Assembly plant manager, he led the launch of the 2008 Focus. Later on he also assumed responsibility for the Michigan Truck Plant and from April 2004 to the end of 2006 he served as the plant manager for Atlanta Assembly.
Wishnousky joined Ford of Canada at the Oakville Assembly plant in 1987. Throughout his career he has held leadership positions in 9 manufacturing facilities across 3 countries and worked on several major launches including F-Series, Taurus, Transit, and Focus.
Wishnousky was born in Zweibrucken, Germany, and is Canadian. He graduated in Production and Operations Management from Centennial College, Canada.
