Frank Davis is Executive Director, North America Engineering. In this role, Davis has responsibility for product programs where North America is the lead engineering activity. Davis will also have the lead role, among the global Engineering Directors, in driving consistency and efficiency in global engineering standards, policies and practices.

Prior to this role, Davis has held various positions throughout Product Development in both North America and Europe, each with increasing responsibility. He has served in each region as leader of the respective product teams, responsible for the development and launches for each group's entire product portfolios.

A Detroit area native, Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology, going on to earn a Master’s Degree in business administration from the University of Detroit two years later.

Davis’ leadership and product development understanding propelled him to be named an Automotive News “All-Star” for engineering for 2004.
