Jim Azzouz is appointed vice president, Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) for the International Markets Group (IMG), effective Jan. 1, 2020. In this role, he will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s Parts and Service operations across IMG – a new business unit within Ford that brings together more than 100 high-potential, emerged and emerging markets including India Australia, ASEAN, Middle East, Africa and Russia.
Azzouz is currently director, Ford Customer Service Division, Europe, leading Aftersales Marketing and business transformation initiatives across 22 countries, out of Cologne, Germany. In addition to his marketing role, Jim has been a major contributor to developing the passenger vehicle turnaround plan focused on customer centered design of digital experiences and in-vehicle connectivity.
Azzouz previously served as the global FCSD leader of the Revenue Management and Pricing Center of Excellence, responsible for the rollout of new systems and processes that enable the implementation of a new data-driven Global Lifecycle Pricing Strategy across all regions.
Azzouz joined Ford Motor Company in 2000 and has held a variety of Ford Customer Service Division marketing and sales positions in the United States as well as in Europe. He started his Ford career in Ford Component Sales, a unique Ford organization focused on the Aftermarket and Specialty Vehicle business segments. Azzouz has an extensive sales and marketing background and is a subject matter expert in industry pricing strategies.
Azzouz earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Wayne State University in Detroit. In his new role, he will be based in Dearborn, Michigan.
