Lisa Materazzo joined Ford in September 2023 as global chief marketing officer, reporting to President and CEO Jim Farley.

Sam Wu is president and CEO of Ford China. He reports directly to Jim Farley, president and CEO of Ford Motor Company, and is a company officer.

Jon M. Huntsman Jr. was re-elected to the Ford board of directors in October 2020. He previously was a company director from 2012 to 2017 before stepping down to become U.S. ambassador to Russia under President Donald J. Trump, a position in which Huntsman served for two years.

Jennifer Waldo was named Ford’s chief people and employee experience officer in April 2022. She contributes to the global deployment and success of the Ford+ strategic plan for growth and value creation by leading development of a high-performance culture, recruiting people with additional and needed new kinds of talent, and boosting overall organizational capability, especially in technology and innovation.

Dianne Craig is president, Lincoln, effective Dec. 1, 2022.

Andrew Frick is president, Ford Blue.

Mike Amend, who joined Ford in September 2021, is chief enterprise technology officer.

Steve Croley was named Ford’s chief policy officer and general counsel in July 2021.

Jim Farley became president and chief executive officer of Ford in October 2020, and in March 2022 took on the additional role of president, Ford Model e. In addition, Farley is a member of the company’s board of directors.
