Ford Motor Company's Top-Performing Global Suppliers Honored at 19th Annual Ford World Excellence Awards
DEARBORN, Mich., May 17, 2017 – Ford Motor Company honored top-performing suppliers at the 19th annual Ford World Excellence Awards at the Henry Ford Museum. Fifty-four companies were selected from thousands of Ford global suppliers.
Honorees were recognized for achieving the highest levels of global excellence in a variety of categories, including:
- Primary Brand Pillars – quality, green, safe and smart
- Aligned Business Framework principles focused on quality, value and innovation
- Lincoln Luxury
- Supplier Diversity Development
In addition, top-performing manufacturing sites were honored with Gold and Silver awards. Four companies received Special Recognition awards.
